History

Signia International was formed in 2001 when Anas Hamed, a young entrepreneur started a metal trading company which main focus was the metal recycling in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA Region).

Throughout the years with clear vision and hard work this has turned today into a successful commodity trading house with clients and suppliers covering the Americas, Africa, Middle East, Europe and Asia.

Since its creation, Signia International has gained a vast experience and presence throughout the MENA Region after which it started its expansion in Central and South America having initiated operations in Brazil, Colombia, Chile and Singapore.
